Ordering
By placing an order with our online pharmacy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have provided accurate and complete information. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment
All payments must be made in full and cleared before the dispatch of any products. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
Shipping Policy
We provide fast, reliable, and discreet delivery service to any country specified by our customers. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during weekends will be processed on Monday.
EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking): For faster service, EMS delivery is available and takes 5-9 days from the dispatch date. The deadline for this method is 14 days. Tracking codes will be provided once orders are dispatched.
Standard (Registered AirMail Delivery): This method typically takes 14-21 days from the dispatch date. The deadline for this method is 30 days. Orders sent using this service are discreetly packaged and left in your mailbox. Packages sent via Registered AirMail cannot be tracked.
All orders will be automatically confirmed via email once approved and shipped. Bulk orders (over 120 pills) and orders containing both generic and brand name medications may be shipped in separate parcels and will not necessarily arrive on the same day.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched. Please contact us via Feedback Support Service, Live Chat, or Phone. Our representatives will address your request promptly.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are generally not accepted except in cases where the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may require photo documentation and reserve the right to request the return of the product before issuing a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed only at our discretion and in accordance with relevant laws.

Our liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the purchase price of the product.
